| MINERVA (Germany) MINERVAeC is a Thematic Network in the area of cultural, scientific information and scholarly content. The Consortium brings together stakeholders and experts from all over Europe, capitalising the results achieved by the previous MINERVA project, and supporting the European Commission initiative “i2010 – A European Information Society for growth and employment” as well as the Dynamic Action Plan launched in Bristol in November 2005 by the European Union Member States. MINERVAeC operates through the coordination of national policies, programmes and institutions of the cultural sector, and by supporting the National Representatives Group of the European Ministries of Culture. In Germany MINERVA closely cooperates with EUBAM. One of EUBAMs intentions for building kulturerbe-digital.de, a website on digitisation in Germany and Europe, was to make the products of MINERVA, MinervaPLUS and the work of MINERVAeC better known in Germany.
